Fennel Seed

Fennel is an aromatic and flavorful herb that helps relieve a number of ailments and facilitates better health due to its stomachic, carminative, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, expectorant, diuretic, emmenagogue, depurative, anticarcinogenic and antioxidant properties. It also contains vitamin C, potassium, manganese, iron, folate, and fiber. It is also rich in phytonutrients and has a high concentration of volatile oils.

Ginger Root

Ginger is a natural herb that is used across the globe as a spice. Due
to the various health benefits of ginger, this herb also is considered a virtual medicine chest.

Various studies have proven that ginger is highly effective for treating a number of health problems. Ginger has anti-nausea, anti-spasmodic, antifungal, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral and antitussive (cough suppressant) properties that can do wonders for your health.

Ginger is also a good source of vitamins A, C, E, and B-complex, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, silicon, sodium, iron, zinc, calcium and beta-carotene.

Star Anise
Star Anise decreases bloating and settles the digestive tract.

Senna Leaf
Senna leaf tea will encourage bowel movements. The leaf causes the walls of your large intestine to contract, which will push stools through your system. Because of this ability, senna leaf is helpful in relieving constipation, often leading to bowel movements within 6 to 12 hours after ingestion.

Senna leaf is a natural anti-inflammatory substance. While this has general health benefits, it also makes senna useful in relieving some symptoms associated with hemorrhoids. While senna is considered generally safe, some precautions are necessary for those considering this powerful herb. Those who suffer from a colon disorder or heart disease should consult with a doctor before taking senna.

ALERT:  Do not use if diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain are current issues, because Senna leaf may worsen these conditions and be harmful to one's health. Consult a physician if you have frequent diarrhea or if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have any medical conditions.
